Black Magic Kale is an improved selection of Lacinato! This kale is compact, early maturing, and very cold tolerant producing tons of dark green (almost black) leaves well into the winter. This is one of the mildest tasting varieties and can be picked early as microgreens, baby greens, or mature greens. This superfood is loaded with nutritional value and is great in salads, soups, stir-fries, and for juicing!
