Our Asian Salad Mix is a random mixture (not separately packaged and labeled) of our favorite Asian Salad Greens including multiple varieties of Bok Choi, Chinese Cabbage, Komatsuna, Mizuna, Mibuna, Specialty Mustards, and Tatsoi! Our Asian Salad Mix is perfect for salads, soups, fresh eating, stir-fries and ensures a variety or colors, textures, and flavors!

Start by sowing the seeds 1/8 inch in soil. Make sure to allow enough space between seeds for the seeds to grow properly, as overcrowding can cause the greens to have a bitter taste. Firm the soil lightly. While growing, keep the soil well watered. Harvest between 35 and 75 days after planting.
