Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus) is a fuzzy-leaved, silver-green, biennial herb that is in the Scrophulariaceae family! It is native to parts of Africa, Europe, and Asia, but has become naturalized all over the world. It is commonly thought of as a weed because of it’s ability to adapt and thrive in poor compact soil, but Mullein is one of the most sought after herbs because of it’s many beneficial qualities.
