Mibuna is an exotic, Japanese, heirloom salad green! It is related to mizuna and has a zesty, mustard like flavor that is perfect for salads, stir-fries, and even pickling. The leaves are smooth, rounded, and the plant grows to about a foot tall! It can be harvested as microgreens, at 20 days for baby greens, or at 40 days for mature greens. Mibuna is a great addition to any garden!
