Large Red Cherry is an old heirloom! The plants are compact making it a fantastic variety for container growing and for people with limited space, but it’s also a prolific producer of flattened, red, 1 1/2 -2 inch peppers. These are medium hot peppers, ranging from 3000-5000 Scoville units, but have a sweet and complex flavor profile beneath the heat. This one is great for pickling, cooking or for people that like a little kick when they eat them fresh!
