Dragon’s Tongue (aka Dragon Langerie) is one of the most unique and beautiful beans! This is a Dutch heirloom that dates back to at least the 19th century. It’s a compact, productive, bush variety that produces 6-7 inch cream-colored pods with purple streaks. They have fantastic flavor and are perfect fresh, in salads, or cooked (though they don’t keep their color when cooked).
