The Cucuzzi (Edible) Gourd is a popular Italian heirloom! It is extremely easy to grow, prolific, delicious, and is perfect for trellising! It produces long, light green, slender fruit that can grow several feet long, though we generally like to harvest them at between 1 1/2 -2 feet long. It can be used much like zucchini and is fantastic steamed, fried, in baked dished, or stuffed! These quickly became a staple in our kitchen!
