Bulgarian Carrot is a unique and tasty heirloom pepper! These compact 18 inch plants produce tons of 3 inch, pointed peppers that ripen to orange and look like carrots. These peppers have a fantastic fruit flavor profile with a good amount of heat ranging from 5,000-30,000 Scoville Heat Units! These are one of our personal favorite hot peppers and are perfect for roasting, frying, pickling, eating fresh, or adding color to salsas!
