White Habanero is an extremely rare heirloom pepper that is said to have originated in Peru. This unique variety produces thin-skinned, lantern-shaped, cream colored peppers that are smaller than most habaneros at about 2″ x 1″, but pack a ton of heat! Underneath the heat they have a wonderfully complex flavor that is great for sauces and cooking. If you are a hot pepper lover this might be the one for you, but make sure to use caution while handling and preparing them!

****Hot peppers can be tricky to germinate and grow at home even under ideal conditions. Germination usually takes 1-3 weeks, but can take as long as a month. Maintaining high soil temperatures is extremely important and we strongly recommend using a heating mat.
